put in various sized containers and freeze.
Then take out and defrost overnight, and put in

example putting in beef cuts with sauce and a

Prepare your meals ahead of time in these
liners, tie up, put in freezer bag (with
instructions for timing), then freeze.
Thaw when planning to slow cook, remove
from freezer bag and put meal inside liner
in slow cooker.
Or you can just add your ingredients into
appropriate sized liners, especially if you're
going to be making several dishes per slow

NOTE: If you want, build a wall or two to
brace the liner's with food, so you can
make several different foods in ONE slow
cooker. Use a piece of cardboard (like from
a notebook or cereal box, or even a flap
from a box) and wrap tin foil around it,
making sure you create a 2-3 inch base for
food in liner to rest on.
COMPLETE MEAL if you don't have
the liners--
Put your meat and sauce on bottom.
Separate with small grill rack or
layer(s) of tin foil.
Put your small red (or cut up russet)
potatoes in another tin foil packet
(doctor it up with butter & oil mixture,
salt and pepper). Put that on top of
Wrap veggies in another tin foil packet
and season as with the potatoes OR
wrap up lightly oiled corn on the cob
individually wrapped up in tin foil on
top of everything.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours so veggies
get done - meat should be timed for
the same amount - IF NOT, then start
your veggies for 6-7 hours on low; and
remove placing your meat and sauce
on bottom for the time it would take
based on 6-7 hours. For instance, if
the chicken breast only takes 3 hours,
add the veggies first, remove, put
down chicken breast and sauce
AFTER 3 hours, put veggies back on
top and cook for remaining time.
